Are you planning on starting a food production operation and need help with labelling?
This course will take you on a journey through the food information jungle. By doing the practical exercises you will learn how to operate in compliance with the requirements of food legislation.
Once you have done the course, you will know what labelling is required on food packaging and how the labelling should be drawn up. You will learn what information must be provided for non-prepacked foods. On your journey you will also be shown where you can find specific information to support your activities.
During the course you will see additional information icons. These tell you whereabouts in the Food information guide (in Finnish) you can find more detailed information about the matter at hand.
